Description

The Unipol Forum is one of Italy's most famous indoor stadiums, located in Assago, just three kilometers from Milan. This modern, multifunctional venue can accommodate up to 12,800 spectators and serves as the central arena for major sporting events, concerts, and international shows. It also hosts the AX Armani Exchange Milan basketball team, which competes in the Euroleague and the Italian Championship.

The arena was built in 1990 to designs by Giuseppe Cabassi and his son Luca. Over the decades, it changed its name several times due to sponsorship contracts, until Unipol became the new title partner in 2024. The complex occupies approximately 40,000 square meters and comprises four levels located beneath the main stands. The top floor features panoramic SkyBoxes—comfortable spaces for guests seeking privacy.

The Unipol Forum has been awarded the prestigious European Prize for Sports Facilities Architecture and is a member of the European Arenas Association. Over the years, the stadium has undergone several modernizations: its capacity has been increased, and the navigation, interior, and arena surface have been updated. As a result, the complex meets the highest international standards.

The venue has hosted numerous major tournaments, including the 2018 World Figure Skating Championships, matches of the Ice Hockey and Volleyball World Championships, FIBA EuroBasket 2022, the annual La Grande Sfida tennis show, as well as kendo and boxing competitions. In 2026, the Unipol Forum will be one of the key venues for the Winter Olympics, hosting figure skating and short track speed skating competitions.

On our website, you can find the schedule of events and buy tickets to events taking place at the Unipol Forum, from sports matches to large-scale concerts by world-renowned artists.
